Leah Milne
Mrs. Milne has sung professionally for over 20 years.
Leah Milne received her Bachelor of Music in Performance at UNT. She is also trained classically in the Alexander Technique. While at UNT, she performed in several operas and was a member of the Concert Choir and A Cappella Choir.
Her professional experience includes two years as the soprano section leader of First Christian Church Gainesville; teaching private lessons at The Music Academy of Denton; director of a summer musical theatre camp at Liberty Christian Argyle; she has sung professionally for special events for over 20 years; taught private lessons in her home as time allows since 2012; judged for TMEA auditions; and has performed across the USA, such as at L.A.’s Disney Center, Washington DC, Wisconsin, Nashville, Corpus Christie, Waco, Dallas, Denton, and Canton.
Mrs. Milne is from Sanger, TX, and now resides in Argyle with her husband and three children. She home schools her family, and is currently in her seventh year as tutor with Classical Conversations Argyle: serving Foundations, Essentials, and Ch A Director. She is founder and current member of their praise team, which teaches the children Latin songs in round during General Assembly. She attends Denton Bible Church and serves in the music ministry there.
